After working in the transportation industry, founder Ronald Aguilera saw how deeply a ride could affect someone's day. Behind every scheduled pickup was a person depending on that service, a family trusting a driver, and an appointment that mattered.
He started Routes Rooted to build a company that kept those people at the center. Ronald personally drove passengers, coordinated trips, and built relationships with the individuals and families the company served.
Today, Routes Rooted has grown into a team serving Arizona communities through ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible transportation. As we grow, our responsibility stays the same: the person in our vehicle should always feel seen, supported, and treated with dignity.
